We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping eligibility for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may vary and is subject to carrier restrictions and applicable hazardous materials regulations.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or supply chain disruptions. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Propane cylinders or tanks that have been filled, used, or opened
• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Special-order or customized products
• Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at point of sale)

To initiate a return, please contact us at +1 (323) 696-7549 or via our website contact form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
