Custom Freight Quote
Tanks 10,000 gallons and above, skid-mounted units, and permit loads require a custom freight quote based on routing, permitting, and carrier availability. Contact us before ordering so we can give you an accurate total.
Free Depot Pickup

Delivery Limitations
Due to the nature of propane tank freight, certain conditions fall outside our standard delivery scope. Please review these before ordering:
Alaska & Hawaii
We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Contact us to explore alternative arrangements.
Access Restrictions
Delivery sites must be accessible by flatbed or heavy-haul truck. Narrow roads, low bridges, or restricted access may prevent standard delivery.
Installation
We deliver to your agreed drop-off point. Crane service, excavation, and tank installation are the buyer's responsibility unless separately arranged.
How to Receive Your Propane Tank
A little preparation on delivery day prevents a lot of headaches. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth handoff.
✅ Before Delivery Day
- Confirm your delivery address is accessible by large freight vehicles — measure clearance if needed
- Clear the drop zone of debris, vehicles, or obstructions — allow at least 10–15 ft of clearance
- Arrange a forklift, crane, or appropriate lift equipment for larger tanks on-site
- Verify any local permits or HOA approvals needed for your tank installation
- Ensure an authorized adult is present to receive, inspect, and sign for delivery
- Have your order confirmation number available on delivery day
📋 When the Truck Arrives
- Inspect the tank exterior thoroughly before the driver leaves — check for dents, cracks, or valve damage
- Photograph any visible damage immediately from multiple angles
- Note any damage directly on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing
- Do not sign a clean receipt for a damaged shipment — always note damage first
- Verify the tank specs match your order (size, type, certification markings)
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if any damage or discrepancy is found
